Our story began from the humble beginnings of our founder, Scott Callahan, PA-C. While working in plastic surgery at Griffin Hospital, he volunteered to assist cancer patients to uplift their spirits by enhancing their beauty.
The experience of making people look and feel their best became a burning desire for our founder. He knew that more people deserved better options than expensive dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
In 2010, he founded Dolce Vida Medical Spa—an aesthetic center focused on delivering the very best aesthetic care.

Scott Callahan, PA-C
A leader in the aesthetics field with over 24 years of experience. He’s the founder of the Dolce Vida Symposium and the brains behind Aesthetic Innovation & Exclusive Educational Opportunities. His focus is on bringing the latest techniques to injectors across the country.
At Dolce Vida Med Spa, Scott leads a team dedicated to making people look and feel their best in a welcoming environment. He was the first KOI PDO trainer in the US for Miracu and Mint. He also has been recognized as one of the top 100 US Aesthetic Injectors for six years running.
Jessica Zalutko, PA-C
A certified Physician Assistant with a strong focus on dermatology. Jessica has extensive experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine.
Even with her skills, she’s still dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements in technology and medical-grade skincare products. This is to ensure her patients receive top-notch care.
Monique Souza, RN BSN
The go-to expert for facial rejuvenation at Dolce Vida. With a background in nursing, biology, and human development from the University of Connecticut. Her dedication extends to enhancing natural beauty and making her patients more confident.
Monique loves educating her patients and providing them with the insights required to make better choices for their treatment. She also uses her background in science and artistry to tailor every patient’s treatment.
Molly Sarver, APRN
A board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. Molly has a diverse experience spanning burns, plastic surgery, urgent care, and wound care.
She now works at Dolce Vida enjoying the ability to be part of making her clients feel beautiful and confident. Her focus is on holistic wellness, nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. Molly ensures that every client's journey toward self-assurance receives personalized care and attention.
